Ali has been flawlessly executing and planning events in the southeast since 2007. As a graduate of the College of Charleston, Ali has happily planted the company roots in Charleston where she continues to plan events world-wide. With over 50 publications under her belt, Ali enjoys truly listening to her clients needs and helping them come to life.

Ali is an executive board member of the Hospitality & Tourism program at the College of Charleston, enjoys volunteering at 180 Place, and is an active member at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church. Her hobbies include fitness, food & wine, travel, tennis, and going to the beach. She resides in Mt. Pleasant with her daughter (Poppy), and two cats.

Our Process

At A.Caldwell Events, we don't believe in having a "set process" for every client as every client's needs, timeline, and vision are different. We pride ourselves in working around YOUR life, while keeping you on track (if not well ahead of schedule!). We believe that wedding planing should be FUN and not tiresome. 

We truly pride ourselves in making every client feel as though they are our only client. Because of this, we take a limited number of engagements per year, so please inquire for availability. 

Pricing & Services

What services does A.Caldwell Events offer?
We offer full-service planning and specialize in destination events. We also offer decor & design services, but on a limited basis. Please inquire.

Do you travel outside of Charleston?
YES! We love to travel and explore new places. No place is too far and we've planned events as far away as Italy.

Do you offer day-of coordination or partial planning?
Unfortunately, we do not, but are happy to give our recommendations for planners that do.

How much do your services cost? Do you have a budget minimum?
Every event is unique, so please inquire for a detailed quote and further information. While we do require an event minimum, we are always happy to be flexible under certain circumstances!
