Last week we talked about bridesmaids dresses and how they can be chic!  This week, we’re talking about the absolute focal point of a wedding, the bridal gown.

Like bridesmaids dresses, bridal fashion has changed immensely over the past thirty years, but I think we finally moving into the heyday of beautiful, timeless dresses!  The way designers are using lace and traditional silhouettes is sure to make any groom swoon over his blushing bride.

One designer I’d like to feature is Callie Tein.

 I had the absolute pleasure of meeting her a week ago at the Modern Trousseau Open House.  Even though her designs were the main event for the next day’s Bridal Fashion Show at Charleston Fashion Week, she was a complete sweetheart!  You could not tell that she was stressed or tired at all.  She spent time speaking with all of the guests and made us all feel like we were the only one in the room.

Now for the fun part…her designs!  Each and every one of the gowns are beautiful and timeless, while also showing the personality of the bride wearing it.
